Brian helped us find a home in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We moved here from California and had zero knowledge about the area. In fact, initially we were open to moving anywhere in the Miami metro area. Brian helped us figure out the most important factors in our search and narrowed down the neighborhoods and homes quickly. Once we had our eye on a few neighborhoods, he helped us find listings that would be a good fit and set up showings. He gave really good advice in terms of what would be a good fit, good value for money, etc. Most importantly, he found the listing we ended up putting an offer on. Once we had a purchase agreement, Brian was incredibly helpful, from advice on insurance, timeline, lenders, etc. He really helped us get through the process step by step. He was proactive, responsive and on top of it every step of the way. He was thinking about any potential obstacles and challenges and propose solutions. We ended up closing on our home without any delays or issues and have moved into our dream home. Can't thank Brian enough for everything he has done for us.

Brian is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other agents in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find him.

Being new to the area, he has continued to help us find great assistance with our home - everyone he recommended has been excellent to work with - gardeners, painters, etc.

Brian made buying a house such a breeze (as much as it can be especially in this market!). We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Brian was professional and personal! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way!

Brian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the title company. Working through the holiday season to make sure we were able to close in less than 30 days, during December (it was crazy needless to say). But we closed on time, and everything went smoothly. He also helped us negotiate a rent back. This made it really easy to move in when the time came.
