Nick Keenan was a lifelong Greater Philadelphia resident until he traded in cold winters for Florida’s sunshine and palm trees. He comes to the Florida Exclusive Living Team with a strong background in construction, portfolio, and property management. He obtained his risk-management degree from Temple University while working and learning all the facets of real estate industry. After years of vacationing in South Florida, Nick decided to make the jump and permanently relocate to the area. Having worked in a team setting in Philly he knew that he would feel right at home being part of the group of top-producing, savvy real estate professionals. The Start of 2023, Nick officially joined the Florida Exclusive Living Team at Compass.

When he’s not running around helping his clients relocate to South Florida or make their next move in our area, Nick loves to try new restaurants along Las Olas Boulevard, hang out at the beach with friends and family and check out all that south Florida has to offer!
