Brian helped us find a home in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We moved here from California and had zero knowledge about the area. In fact, initially we were open to moving anywhere in the Miami metro area. Brian helped us figure out the most important factors in our search and narrowed down the neighborhoods and homes quickly. Once we had our eye on a few neighborhoods, he helped us find listings that would be a good fit and set up showings. He gave really good advice in terms of what would be a good fit, good value for money, etc. Most importantly, he found the listing we ended up putting an offer on. Once we had a purchase agreement, Brian was incredibly helpful, from advice on insurance, timeline, lenders, etc. He really helped us get through the process step by step. He was proactive, responsive and on top of it every step of the way. He was thinking about any potential obstacles and challenges and propose solutions. We ended up closing on our home without any delays or issues and have moved into our dream home. Can't thank Brian enough for everything he has done for us.
